Most women do not have the confidence to bring out the flirtatious nature of hers inside out. Flirting is an essential part for your love life as you do need to let the man know if you are interested in him. Men are too struggle with doubts, like women. They are unsure whether they should make a move as they are scared that they might assume wrong and be refused by the attractive women they approach. If you like a guy and are interested in him, flirt with him to give him the green signal so that he knows about your interest in him, otherwise he might not be able to start the communication or proceed to pursue you.

There are different types of flirting depending on your nature. If you are an introvert person, you can have quiet flirting. If you are an extrovert person, you can go for open flirting. A few techniques to help you to flirt :

For introvert girls:

Look into his eyes with a sweet smile. Eye contact is the most influential device. Turn around if he too smiles at you. After some time, turn around towards him and smile again. If he notices that you are beautiful, he will smile again at you. If he is courageous, he would make a move and start the conservation by coming up to you.
If you are dressed up in a skirt, swirl your leg while sitting after smiling at him. This act would grab his attention towards your leg and make him more interested if he already is. Men need to see your physical beauty. If you are not wearing a skirt, do something that would make you seem sexy in his eyes.

For extrovert Girls:

Look into his eyes and if you are daring enough, go to him and start the conversation. It is better if you start the conversation with an excuse. For example, borrow a pen from him. Be flirty but not aggressive. If he too is interested in you, he would be welcoming and flirty. Ask for his number or give yours even if he is shy about asking for it. Do not live on the hope of running into him accidently again. To proceed, you at least need a number!
